Before joining RxPact, Bretta led Epic Pharmacy Network, where she applied her payer and network expertise to support independent pharmacies in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment. Her background spans PBMs and health plans, with leadership across contracting strategy, negotiations, provider relations, MAC pricing management, provider network operations, pharmacy compliance, and business development.

He offers deep PBM-side trade relations expertise, with more than 15 years focused on manufacturer rebate negotiations, therapeutic class strategy, rebate-only relationships, and payer economics.

Before joining RxPact, Gene led underwriting and analytics at Expion Health. He spent the majority of his PBM career at Express Scripts, progressing through a range of leadership roles focused on client analytics, MAC pricing, and underwriting. He ultimately led the underwriting team supporting health plans, health systems, public sector, and rebate-only clients. Gene began his career in public accounting at KPMG, bringing a disciplined financial foundation to his work in pharmacy benefit strategy.
